Order processing: All orders are processed from our warehouse in Spain. Orders placed before 12:00 CET are usually dispatched the same business day.

Delivery time:

Spain: 1–2 business days

EU countries: 3–6 business days (depending on location)

Shipping costs:

Spain: Free shipping for orders above €150 (excl. IVA).

EU: Calculated at checkout, based on destination and order size.

Customs & duties: For EU shipments, no additional customs fees apply. Orders outside the EU may be subject to local import duties and taxes.
Return Policy (B2B Only)

Due to hygiene and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened or used hair extensions or beauty products.
We understand you may need to check the colour. Therefore:

Each bundle is secured with a silver seal/thread.

You may gently remove the product from the satin bag to check the shade and texture.

The silver seal must remain intact and undamaged.

Any bundle that has been opened, unsealed, worn, or tampered with cannot be returned or exchanged.

Returns on unopened products: Unopened items may be returned within 14 calendar days after delivery, provided they are in original packaging and in resalable condition.

Return procedure:

Contact Romé Hair within 14 days via info@romehair.es to request a return authorization.

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Return shipping costs: The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Damaged or incorrect items: If you receive a defective or incorrect item, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence. We will arrange replacement or credit.
