Welcome to Romé Hair. These Terms of Service govern the use of our website and the purchase of products through our online store. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Romé Hair currently operates as an independent Spanish autónomo business.

2. Products

Romé Hair offers professional haircare, styling and beauty products for consumers within Spain. We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, images and prices are accurate. However, minor variations may occur.

We reserve the right to modify, discontinue or update products at any time without prior notice.

3. Orders

Orders can be placed through our online store. Once an order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation.

We reserve the right to refuse, limit or cancel any order in cases including but not limited to pricing errors, stock discrepancies, suspected fraud or incorrect customer information.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in Euros (€) and include applicable Spanish VAT unless otherwise stated.

Payment must be completed at checkout using one of the available payment methods. Orders will only be processed once payment has been successfully received.

5. Shipping

Romé Hair currently ships within Spain only.

• Free pickup available at Romé Hair Salon in Dolores, Alicante

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier, holidays or circumstances beyond our control.

Customers will receive notification when the order is ready for collection.

7. Returns and Refunds

Customers have the right to return eligible products within 14 days after delivery.

For hygiene and safety reasons, products may only be returned if they are:

• Unused
• Unopened
• In their original packaging
• In resalable condition

Opened or used haircare and beauty products cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return results from an error made by Romé Hair or a defective product.

Refunds will be processed after inspection of the returned goods and issued through the original payment method whenever possible.

8. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@romehair.es.

Please include your order number and clear photographs of the product and packaging.

9. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before shipment by contacting us as soon as possible.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible and the return policy will apply.

10. Salon Appointments

Salon appointments are managed separately from webshop purchases.

If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, please contact us as early as possible.

Romé Hair reserves the right to refuse future bookings or request a deposit in cases of repeated no-shows or repeated last-minute cancellations.

11. Product Use

Customers are responsible for using products according to the instructions provided.

Romé Hair cannot be held responsible for damage, allergic reactions, dissatisfaction or undesired results resulting from incorrect use of products.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Romé Hair shall not be liable for indirect losses, loss of profits, business interruption or consequential damages.

Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory rights granted to consumers under Spanish or European law.

13. Intellectual Property

All website content, including logos, images, text, graphics and branding, remains the property of Romé Hair or its licensors.

No content may be copied, reproduced or used without prior written permission.

14. Privacy

Personal information is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection legislation.

15. Changes to These Terms

Romé Hair reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time.

The version published on the website at the time of purchase will apply to the order.

16. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Spain.

Any disputes shall be handled in accordance with applicable Spanish consumer legislation.
