Processing Time

Orders placed before 12:00 PM (CET) on business days are usually processed the same day.

Orders placed after 12:00 PM, during weekends or public holidays, will be processed on the next business day.

All orders are carefully prepared and shipped from Spain.

Romé Hair currently ships within Spain only.

• Free Shipping on orders from €69
• Free pickup at Romé Hair Salon in Dolores, Alicante

Estimated Delivery Time

Standard delivery within Spain usually takes 2–5 business days after dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control, including carrier delays, holidays, weather conditions or other unforeseen events.

Order Tracking

All orders are shipped with tracking.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure all shipping details are entered correctly during checkout.

Romé Hair is not responsible for delays, additional costs or lost shipments resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@romehair.es and include clear photos of the packaging and products.

If a package is lost during transit, we will assist in opening an investigation with the shipping carrier.

While we cannot guarantee carrier performance, we will do our best to help resolve any shipping issues.
